1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site and any information, materials, or services made available through it, including participation in or application to The Executive Table™ cohort experience  (the “Program”).

3. Program Participation & Separate Agreement

Participation in The Executive Table™ is subject to a separate written agreement (the “Cohort Participation Agreement”). These Terms do not modify, replace, or supersede the Cohort Participation Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the Cohort Participation Agreement controls.

4. Eligibility

By using this Site or applying to the Program, you represent that you:

·  Are at least 18 years of age; and 

·  Have the authority to enter into binding agreements 

·  The Program is intended for business owners, executives, and professionals. We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants in our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including text, branding, program materials, frameworks, videos, downloads, and logos—is owned by or licensed to the Site owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

·  Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish content 

·  Use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent 

·  Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms

7. Payments & Refunds

All Program pricing, payment terms, and refund policies will be governed exclusively by the Cohort Participation Agreement or applicable purchase terms presented at the time of enrollment.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Program is designed to provide education, strategy, and support. However, results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Professional Opportunities 

Specific outcomes of any kind 

Your results are solely dependent on your individual efforts, circumstances, and implementation.
