The Executive Table™ is intentionally designed as a small, curated leadership experience. Each leader holds a reserved seat within the cohort, and the policies below ensure the integrity of the experience for all members.
Payment of the Founder Cohort Investment confirms your reserved seat in The Executive Table™ Founder Cohort. Because the cohort is intentionally limited to 10 leaders, each seat represents a commitment to the shared leadership experience.
If a leader withdraws at least 14 days prior to the cohort start date, a refund may be issued minus a $500 administrative fee. This allows time to offer the seat to another qualified applicant.
Due to the limited size of the cohort, withdrawals made within 14 days of the experience start date are non-refundable. If the seat can be filled from the waitlist, a refund minus the administrative fee may be issued at the discretion of The Executive Table™.
Once the Founder Cohort experience has begun, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants who select the Founder Installment Option remain responsible for completing all scheduled
payments.
In rare situations involving significant personal or professional hardship, participants may contact The Executive Table™ to discuss possible accommodations. Any such arrangements are made at the sole discretion of The Executive Table™.
